The Product


Easy Contact is addressed to deafs, deaf-and-mutes and people with audio disabilities and provide them with a useful and complete support service.

Easy Contact allows users to contact emergency service numbers, to call a taxi, to contact information service numbers and more in general to communicate with an interlocutor with the intermediation of a Call Center Operator.

Sending a Text Messages to a dedicated number, the end user reaches a Call Center trained for giving the kind of support described. When a Text Messages is received, the Operator starts to process the user’s request and sends him a confirmation message.

The Call Center Operator is connected to the system through a ASP application. The access to the application is ruled by profiles and protected by Login and Password. When the customer sends a text message with a request of support, the application alerts the Call Center Operator with an audio signal. The Call Center processes the request and sends the text message with the info needed to the customer typing them in a dedicated field of the application. The service is provided 24 hours a day and every day. The application is compatible with the main Operating Systems: Windows, Macintosh, Linux.

At the Italian congress Forum PA 2004, EASY CONTACT won the award “P.A. APERTA 2004”, as the best project promoted by Local Authoties for “the access to Structures and Services”. The award was assigned by the Ministry for the Innovation and Technologies (Permanent Inter-Ministerial Commission for the use of ICT in favor of underprivileged and weak people).
